Mailvate is a tool that generates email sequence copy for ecommerce stores. The output is intended as a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing, editing and ensuring any content you send to your customers is appropriate, accurate and compliant with applicable laws.
You are entitled to one free email sequence and one free email audit without creating an account. Free trial usage is tracked via browser localStorage and resets after 7 days.
Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time via your Stripe customer portal. No refunds are provided for partial months.
You agree not to use Mailvate to generate content that is misleading, fraudulent, illegal or harmful. You are solely responsible for the emails you send to your customers and must comply with UK GDPR, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and any other applicable laws.
Mailvate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the generated content will achieve any specific results. All revenue estimates shown on the website are based on published industry averages and do not constitute a guarantee of results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailvate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
